Terrific workout May 31, 2010

This is a great workout video. I love Bob and his enthusiasm definately helps me get through the program. All the levels are great and in a short period of time, I am already noticing a difference in my energy level. I use the program every other day before work. I highly reccommend this video to others and hope they get the same results as I have.

I was very skeptical before buying this DVD. I already worked out regularly at the gym (4 or 5 times a week) and was getting bored of the routine. Since I love the Biggest Loser I though of buying the workout DVD but I was scared it would be too easy for me. But let me tell you, this workout is one like I have never done before...You're supposed to progressively advance through the 3 levels over a 6 week period. Overestimating my abilities, I did all 3 levels on my first day....I couldn't move for a week, my body had never been so soar in my entire life. I discovered muscles I didn't even know existed! It starts out with Bob's signature moves for 20 minutes...after 5 or 6 minutes, I'm already dripping in sweat. You need dumbells for his workout. You can do it without but you won't get to the same cardio level. It goes on with 10 minutes with Jilian and you finish with 10 minutes of kickboxing with Kim. So it's a 40 minute workout that I usually follow with one level (10minutes) of the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt. I have lost 8 pounds in a month of doing this 5 times a week. I highly recommend it.

I bought the cardio max dvd because of Jillian - Love all her DVD's! This one I find is great but isn't a really tough workout if you are in shape. If you are just starting then it is great it has week 1&2, Week 3&4 and W5&6 options. I went right to W5&6 to get the full workout and Bob's is pretty good, just have to keep up with Eric and use weights, Jillians 10 minutes rock!! Yup typically Jillian it really is a great 10minutes, but then the last 10minutes with Kim are really disappointing, very basic and keep doing the same moves over and over and over again... This is a dvd I throw in when I don't really feel like working out too hard but to get a workout in. Although if you are a beginner then would say is likely perfect!

Absolutely love this cd!! Everything I would expect from Bob & Jillian!! I will most definately be purchasing the other workouts by the Biggest Loser Trainers!!

This is an awesome workout. The trainers have such high energy that you can't help but give it your all. The different levels are also great as you can choose how much you want to do and go at your own pace.
