I found it awkward having to stand with my body twisted to do a lot of the upper body exercises. Maybe it does help strengthen the back and other muscles but it made the workout extrememly awkward.

I found Vol. 2 a bit boring. A lot of talking and changing exercises. Didn't enjoy it at all.
